We need your help!
The Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF) and the Center for Personal Assistance Services, Institute for Health and Aging, University of California, San Francisco are conducting a survey to identify the types of tools and information you require to advocate effectively as states move to managed healthcare, long-term services and supports (LTSS) and home and community-based services (HCBS) for people with disabilities and seniors.
Who should take the survey?
Anyone may complete the survey who is either concerned about or working to ensure that the rights of low-income people with disabilities and seniors to appropriate, effective healthcare, long-term services and supports (LTSS), and home and community-based services (HCBS) are preserved and advanced as various states take steps to provide these services through a managed care system.
How will DREDF and the PAS Center use the results of the survey?
DREDF and the PAS Center will:
•Use the results to guide the content and direction of our respective, ongoing research and technical assistance activities
•Submit the results to several federal agencies that are in the process of identifying technical assistance strategies for various stakeholder groups.
The survey will take about 15 minutes.
To take the survey, please either click on the link below or paste it into your browser.
If you have any questions, please contact Mary Lou Breslin at DREDF - firstname.lastname@example.org
