To join PACE, please download and print out the form below. Then fill-out, sign, and mail to the PACE address listed. We will contact you to confirm our receipt of your intent to support PACE membership.
PACE Membership FormThe membership level amounts are as follows:
Patriot: $250 - $500+
Advocate: $150 - $249
Catalyst: $50 - $149
Educator: $15 - $49
Base Individual Membership: $15

1. Members vote for the Board of Directors of PACE.
2. Members receive an invitation to the Annual Banquet and Silent Auction in July.
